Soloff & Zervanos, P.C., works only on a contingency basis. The fee is based on a percentage of any amount recovered. Fees are only paid if our firm is successful in obtaining a verdict or settlement. All costs are advanced by Soloff & Zervanos, P.C., and will be reimbursed to our firm only after a successful resolution of the case.
When a client first calls our office, the matter is carefully screened by one of our attorneys. A meeting will then be scheduled with the prospective client at one of our offices. If we agree to accept the case, the client will be asked to enter into a contingency fee agreement and, depending on the case, asked to sign medical authorizations which will allow our firm to obtain medical records. These medical records will be necessary to fully evaluate the case. Our lawyers will be assisted by paralegals, legal assistants, secretaries and law clerks whose efforts help to ensure a successful resolution of your case.
