Manufacturing defects are unintentional defects. They are usually accidental in nature. For example a chair is designed by engineers to be stable. However, during manufacture a worker fails to install the screws correctly in one leg causing it to to wobble. This constitutes a manufacturing error which caused a product to be defective.

Reckless drivers may like to drive too fast, show off and at stop lights make sure he or she is the first one in line when there are two or more lanes, they intimidate other drivers, as well as show anger with road rage.
